Updated 1 October 2026

This notice explains how Anantya Signals handles data in the application. For privacy requests, contact contact@anantyalabs.com.

Data used by the service

When you register, the service stores your name, email address, email verification status and a password hash. It uses verification codes to confirm your email and a session cookie to keep you signed in. Session records expire after 30 days; verification codes expire after 10 minutes.

If you connect Delta, the service stores encrypted API credentials, your chosen coins and automation settings. It reads account balances, positions and orders, and saves trading events to show history and prevent duplicate orders. Disconnecting deletes the stored Delta credentials and connection settings; it does not delete all account or trade records.

Saved signal observations and alert preferences can be stored in your browser. Hosting and security systems may process request details, such as IP addresses, timestamps and errors, to run the service and limit misuse.

Plans and administration

The service stores trial redemption, plan expiry, payment and AutoPay subscription references and measured feature/AI request counts. Razorpay handles payment details; the application does not store full card numbers. The main admin can view account and activity records, suspend or delete profiles, reset passwords, grant access and send service-expiry or personal emails. Personal-email delivery payloads are stored for up to 30 days to prevent duplicate sends; admin activity records retain the recipient and subject. Password resets revoke existing sessions. Uploaded email grants are retained until revoked. Deleted accounts retain financial/security records and the trial-redemption marker; deleting an account does not provide another trial.

Why this data is used

Data is used to provide sign-in, verify email addresses, connect your exchange account, run the automation you enable, show account activity, maintain trade history and protect the service. Market data is obtained from Delta and other configured market data providers.

Service providers

The application uses AWS in Mumbai for web hosting, scheduled checks and exchange connections, Upstash Redis for account and trading records, Resend to send verification, service-expiry and personal emails, Razorpay to process payments, and Delta to obtain market and account data and execute authorized orders. Server infrastructure used for scheduled checks and exchange connections also processes requests. Providers may process data in countries outside your location.

The application uses essential sign-in cookies to keep your session authenticated.

Storage and security

Passwords are hashed and Delta API secrets are encrypted before storage. Access to account features requires a signed-in session. These measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee complete security. Do not share your passwords, API secrets, verification codes or demo access code.

Account profiles, trade history and operational records remain stored while needed for the service and security. They do not currently have a single automatic deletion period. Contact us to request deletion; applicable retention obligations or unresolved security issues may affect what can be removed.

Your choices

Your Account page lets you change theme, sign out, manage or stop AutoPay and confirm account deletion with your password. You can also pause automated trading, disconnect Delta, disable browser notifications and clear locally saved observations through your browser’s site-data settings. Clearing browser data does not delete server-side account records or close positions on Delta.

To request access to, correction of or deletion of your stored personal data, or to raise a privacy concern, email contact@anantyalabs.com. Identity verification may be needed to protect your account. Do not send passwords or API secrets with a request.
